I'm going with a friend to Padang, Sumatra. I've never been to Indonesia and know embarrassingly little. Do you have suggestions?

dress appropriatelly...because most of Minangneese (people from Padang) are religious people... go to some beautiful places, such as Bukit tinggi, Maninjau lake, Harau... and go to the real padang restaurant...
