I want to take a trip to Bali but I want to know the safest areas to go to.?

I know that I have heard about Muslims coming in and bombing and I was wondering if you can point me in the safest not so touristy areas. Which ISLAND we should go to and where we can find useful information for this trip.

Bali is an island in indonesia. Bali is safe now. if you are worried about what the media said ( not all media said is true ) you can avoid where usually australian and american go, like kuta or sanur and do not stay at western hotel.

you like quiet place ? go to karang asem, lake batur ( northern part of bali ). Nusa dua is also beautiful.

still unsure about your safety ? you can go to java or lombok, there are a lot of beatiful place in lombok.

Bali is an island by itself and there are some small islands around it. However, I don't think that is where you want to go as they can be pretty quiet since most of the activities happen at the south of Bali such as Kuta & Sanur.



If you are really so worried about the terrorist attack - perhaps you will like to visit the north of Bali where is is quieter and less commercial activities.

Bali is the island. Try Nusa Dua in Bali. Kuta is too crowded. If you want a non-tourist place, go to Java. Although, Bali has been quite peaceful these past few years.
